Beginners to advanced photographers are being treated with practical hands-on tutoring in a range of fun special events organised by the team at
Bluedog Photography.

The popular Sunset & Star Trails, Brisbane and Gold Coast @ Dusk workshops continue with participants learning low light photography techniques in camera. Over the past month guest appearances from fire twirlers have dazzled the participants and provided a myriad of unique photography experiences.

Now those that live in or visit Brisbane are in for a new treat with Bluedog’s two-hour Brisbane City Tours. These tours include an extended Story Bridge Tutored Photography Climb (the only one in the world!), Urbanscapes and the City Botanic Gardens tour to name a few.

“Learning photography should be fun; not limited to being stuck in a classroom,” said Danielle Lancaster, a senior tutor with Bluedog Photography and professional photographer. “All our tutors are photographers who are passionate about passing on their skills. We love our field and love sharing with others so they too become creative with their camera to produce images they are proud of.”

All Bluedog photography’s workshops and tours are conducted with small participant numbers so the experience is intimate, hands-on and suitable for photographers of all levels and camera types.

“You can be a good photographer but that does not mean you know how to pass on your knowledge. Our sessions are designed for you to always be learning, not just taken to a pretty place,” said Danielle.

2011 is looking a fabulous year with Bluedog about to release new offerings and tours! We’ll keep you posted!
